Drivers eligible to apply: All Class CDL A holders with 1 YEAR of verifiable experience in the last 3 YEARS
Cowan CDL-A OTR Truck Drivers Offer:
- Starting rate is $.50 cpm (loaded and empty)
- Additional $.05 cpm for 2,500+ miles driven per week
- Additional $.05 cpm for delivering in MD, PA, NJ and DE
- Additional $.07 cpm for delivering in NY and above
- Yearly pay increases
- 2,500 - 3,000 miles per week
- Average $1,375 - $1,650 gross per week
- Minimum 2 weeks out (2 days home)
- 1 week out (34 hour reset at home weekly) for select states only: GA, OH, NC, SC, IN, KY, OH
- 34 hour reset on the road bonus for drivers who stay out 2+ weeks
- Detention/breakdown pay available
- 100% no touch freight for our drivers
- Consistent/familiar freight lanes
- NY and above are NOT required lanes!

CDL-A OTR Truck Driver Requirements:
- Valid CDL A License
- One year of verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years
- Consistent Class A driving experience
- Safe driving record
